These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 008pub ("008pub," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 008pub website, mobile interface, gaming services, and all related features accessible at 008pub.net and its subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 008pub's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

008pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a linked payment method;

• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason, 008pub will return the verified account balance to the player via the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any applicable identity verification process.

Players may voluntarily close their 008pub account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal at the time of closure will continue to be processed in the normal course.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means within a reasonable period, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution.
